Thanks to the oval form, the dining table seats at least six people. The tabletop is built in rustic reclaimed wood, protected from stains by an ultra-matte lacquer layer. The singular pattern of the wood is not affected by the lacquer protection.
The wood processed here is a material with a backstory; it was once the side wall of a barn, the floor of a flatbed truck, part of a half-timbered house or of a bridge. No tree has to be felled for reclaimed wood — sustainability as authentic as it can be. The material is not available in mass quantities; it is an organic and at the same time rare resource — individual and real.
A metal frame in untreated steel supports the tabletop (saga. — Metal Legs Type G, separate spider leg). So you and your family have more legroom at the table.
