This round table becomes the centrepiece of your home. The special charm of the old wood with its own story is emphasised even more strongly by the cool look of the metal frame.
Round dining tables have the advantage of offering ample surface for placing while requiring relatively little space. As our iwata. is available in four different sizes, both small and large families can sit around it.
The tabletop in sturdy reclaimed wood is treated with an ultra-matte lacquer that protects without affecting the look.
The wooden top is supported by an untreated steel frame in spider-leg form (saga. — Metal Legs Type G).
The wood processed here is a material with a backstory; it was once the side wall of a barn, the floor of a flatbed truck, part of a half-timbered house or of a bridge. No tree has to be felled for reclaimed wood — sustainability as authentic as it can be. The material is not available in mass quantities; it is an organic and at the same time rare resource — individual and real.
